Women’s Health 

As a woman, we are for most of our lives, grappling with hormones. From early teens until the end of menopause, this is a constant. For teenage girls starting their periods can be shameful, annoying, painful and a shock. As adult woman we are not able to move in the rhythm of our hormonal cycle but instead need to, in most cases, push through any sensitivities about this and try not to complain! 

Being a strong, independent woman and living within our softer feminine being is tricky, a gentle balance which can create a tipping point, one which can create a cycle of pressure and stress on our bodies and minds. A mixture of pregnancy, babies, breastfeeding, motherhood, menopause and keeping up with our peers in the workplace and being caregivers to friends’, parents, partners and children can create undeniable burnout for many women.

I am one of those woman, so I understand these issues first hand.  I know the pressure of juggling it all.
