I understand my therapist Jo Foot is not a medical doctor and so does not claim to diagnose treat or cure any medical problems
I am using Jo Foot and her Therapeutic services at my own risk
At any time I experience discomfort physical or otherwise I will alert my therapist immediately
I may discontinue services at any time by simply cancelling any scheduled appointment or alerting my therapist during a service
If I do not cancel and appointment within 48 hours of notice I'll be responsible for the entire fee
If I leave a review and or comment, I understand it may be used for marketing and promotion purposes by Jo foot on social media and this website.

COMPLAINTS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please give at least 48 hour’s notice or you will be charged the full amount
PAYMENT - my preferred payment is Cash on the day
Alternatively bank transfer within 24 hours of appointment
I handle complaints, refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying my customers. I stand by my services and want customers to be satisfied with them. I will always do our best to take care of customers. My philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
