How it all began…

I came across Craniosacral Therapy by accident. After a friend said she had experienced an interesting, gentle, but thought provoking therapy in a spa one day, I took my youngest son who was 8 to see a Craniosacral therapist as he was struggling with anxiety.

He slept through the entire treatment, but 24 hours later I could already see an improvement in his mood and posture. I was amazed and so intrigued at how something so gentle could be so profound. So, I booked my self an appointment. It was a life changing decision.

A few years later I completed the Practitioner in Integrated Craniosacral Therapy course with Thomas Attlee, at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and set up my own practice.

These pains you feel are messages,
listen to them
— Rumi

I see clients from many backgrounds with various differing complaints. Some examples ar migraines, anxiety, hip and shoulder injuries, gut issues, trauma and postpartum issues.

However I specialise in treating babies and mothers, teenage stress and anxiety, trauma, women’s hormones issues.

I look to create calm amongst the often overwhelming stress we feel in this busy world, enabling people to feel more grounded and peaceful. As well as supporting those with long-held emotional trauma and difficult family dynamics.

I still find Craniosacral Therapy fascinating: the mind/ body connection, treating the whole person from many levels within the body, and how each person responds in their own unique way.

I feel very fortunate to have found Craniosacral Therapy in my own life, and have found the healing and transformation within it. It is a privilege to be able to share this valuable therapy with others, and see the amazing results it has on peoples lives.
